1 July 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ERA is excited to announce that, in partnership with Eco Warriors Australia, we have received a grant for the Planting the Seed program from the Port Phillip Bay Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ERA will help to revegetate an area of damaged coastal vegetation along Mentone foreshore.  We will work with students from Kilbreda College, Mentone to teach students how to collect native plant cuttings\/seeds, propagate and care for seedlings, use native plants to revegetate sites and maintain their site post-revegetation. Students will use simple data collection tools to monitor revegetation success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thanks to Kingston City Council and Kilbreda College for their support with this project.  We\u2019d also like to thank Park Road Timber & Hardware, Cheltenham<\/a> for their generous donation of safety wear for students!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
