14 November 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are excited to announce that, in partnership with Eco Warriors Australia<\/a>, we have received funding from the Yarra Ranges Council to run our Planting the Seed program with Wandin North Primary School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Planting the Seed program will work directly with students from Wandin North Primary School to teach them about the revegetation process and their local environment. The program will take place at Picnic Hill Bushland Reserve, opposite the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura Attrill runs the Wandin North Primary School Sustainability Leader’s program. Laura sees our PtS program as a valuable learning experience in restoring the reserve and feels that it will give students a sense of custodianship over the reserve, leading to an ongoing desire to maintain and connect with the land on a deeper level. Thanks for your ongoing support Laura, we really appreciate it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
