ERA is excited to announce that, in partnership with Eco Warriors Australia, we have received a grant for the Planting the Seed program from Yarra Ranges Council.
ERA will help to revegetate a local reserve at Launching Place in the beautiful Yarra Valley with help from Grade 3/4 students at Launching Place Primary School. Students will be taught how to collect native plant cuttings/seeds, propagate and care for seedlings, use native plants to revegetate sites and maintain their site post-revegetation. Students will use simple data collection tools to monitor revegetation success.
